Licensed since 1982, Charley began fishing full time on Texoma in 1987, learning all the hottest spots. In 1988, he moved his operation to Cedar Mills Marina & Resort, and you can almost always find him on the Fishing Fleet Dock, either just getting back in from a trip or cleaning a big batch of fish! |  |

| He provides all fishing equipment (rods, reels, tackle, live bait, etc.) and all you have to do is catch 'em! Fish until your limit is reached or up to eight hours, and you don't even have to clean your catch! Charley will do it for you!
