The cabins and cottages either have a delightful view of Lake Texoma or are tucked away among the trees. The cabins are just steps away from the lake and sandy beach. All cottages and cabins have a great front porch that is perfect for enjoying the beautiful view with that early morning coffee or afternoon favorite beverage.

Prepare to relax and experience the facilities and amenities while at Cedar Mills. Indulge yourself in great meals at Pelican’s Landing Waterfront Restaurant. Sip a cool one on the deck and enjoy the stunning view of the gorgeous sailboat harbor and the lake beyond.

Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature – we have an abundance of resident wildlife and white pelicans migrate through in the spring and fall. The beautiful view of our harbors and Lake Texoma will let you leave that every day world behind. You can also unwind with a relaxing stroll through our beautiful, well kept, clean grounds or wander down our Nature Trail.

The cottages and cabins are a great place to stay for groups. The Lodge is available as a meeting or gathering place for conferences, retreats, reunions or even weddings.

Our Cottages and Cabins

All of our cottages and cabins have full kitchens and dinettes complete with basic dishes and flatware, as well as cookware and a coffeemaker. Each unit has a full bath with shower, complete with towels and bed linens. All the cottages and cabins are available year round and have heat and air conditioning, as well as a covered porch for lounging and enjoying beautiful evenings. To help you get away from it all, there are no telephones in our units.

Deluxe Cottage

These cottages overlook Lake Texoma or are tucked away in the trees overlooking the turf airstrip. Both locations offer great views. The deluxe cottages are located in two different areas and they book fast, so contact us today to make your reservation.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, each cottage has a cozy fireplace for those cool evenings, a vaulted ceiling, two double beds, large picture windows, separate living area with sofa, chair and cable TV, microwave in the kitchen and a separate dressing area in the bath. A grill is provided for cooking out.

The Nature Trail begins at the end of the Deluxe Cottages and leads down to a private, sandy beach with a great view of the lake. The Nature Trail provides a great walk and has wonderful spring wildflowers and fall colors.

Lakeside/Standard Cottage

These one-room cabins with two double beds are perfect for weekend getaways or that fishing trip. From the porch of each cottage, you will be just steps away from the beach and each cabin has a breathtaking view of our harbor and Lake Texoma. The shade of the trees make the gently sloping lawn just the right setting for a game of Frisbee, tag or volleyball. There are no televisions or microwaves in these units.

The Hideaway Cottage

This four-bedroom cottage with one king size bed, and three double beds is perfect for a larger family, several families or a large group of friends … or even a special occasion event. It will sleep 8 or more. In addition to the great spacious bedrooms this cottage also has a large living room, dining area, huge kitchen with dishwasher and a laundry room. It is nestled in the trees with plenty of nature surrounding a huge deck. It is just a short walk from two sandy beaches, fishing pier and walking trail.

Three night minimum during holidays of Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day.

Family Cabin

The Family Cabin is just like that of the Standard Cabins. The Family Cabin has an additional bedroom with two double beds. There is a total of four double beds in two rooms. This Cabin is located next to the standard cabins. From the porch of each cottage, you will be just steps away from the beach and a breathtaking view of our harbor. There are no televisions or microwaves in this unit.

Reservation Policy

A deposit of the first night’s rental is required to hold your reservation. Between May 1st and September 30th, there is a two-night minimum for weekend reservations and a three-night minimum for holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day).

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, Cedar Mills will refund your deposit, less a $25 administration fee, if we receive notice 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If less than 14 days notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited.

After arrival at the park, there will be no refund for early departure.

Pets are welcome on the marina, but owners are held responsible for any mess or damage. Please abide by the leash law and all marina rules.
